es wird euch nicht entgangen sein, dass glitterlacke mehr und mehr im kommen sind. und es wird euch auch nicht entgangen sein, dass das entfernen dieser lacke eine stundenlange tortur ist. nun habe ich in einigen amerikanischen blogs gelesen, dass sich diese töpchen zum entfernen von kunstfingernägeln sehr gut zweckentfremden lassen.
die sets bestehen aus einem topf und einem lösungsmittel, tlw auch einem rosenholzstäbchen, dass man aber zum glitterlack entfernen nicht benötigt.

vor dem entfernen habe ich die nagelhaut gut mit öl eingerieben.

before removing I put some oil on the cuticles.

erst wird das mittel in den topf geschüttet, dann die finger ein paar sekunden eingetaucht. dann die nägel gegen die weichen borsten reiben.

first you pour the solvent into the pot, then you dip your fingers for a few seconds. next you rub the nails against the soft bristles.

und so sieht es nach weiteren 15 sekunden aus. wie ihr sehen könnt, müsst ihr danach unbedingt hände waschen und nägel und nagelhaut gründlich pflegen.

und so sieht das töpfchen nachher aus. die glitterpartikel sind zu boden gesunken. man kann die flüssigkeit (ein acetongemisch) ruhig öfters verwenden, und irgendwann durch aceton/wasser ersetzen. ich glaube, mit normalem nagellackentferner funktioniert es nicht so gut.

and that's what the potty looks like after use. the glitter has sunk to the bottom, and you can use the fluid (acetone-mixture) repeatedly. if necessary you can replace it with acetone/water. i don't think, normal polishremover will do the same.

das system eignet sich wirklich super für glitter, für normalen lack würde ich es aber nicht verwenden, da es schon ganz schön aggressiv ist. und es stinkt!

der topf ist übrigens nicht dicht, also unbedingt stehend lagern!

this system is great for glitterremoval, but I wouldn't recommend it for normal polish, because it's really aggressive and it stinks! the potty is not tight, so you have to store it in an upright position!
